Haiti Earthquake Relief

To All African Catholics in the United States

In an effort to come to the aid of the people of Haiti, who are suffering a humanitarian catastrophe of huge proportions in the wake of Tuesday, January 12, 2010 evening's 7.0 earthquake, the National Association of African Catholics in the US (NAACUS) invite Africans in the US to make contributions. We will channel the funds raised through the Catholic Relief Services. Any amount you can donate will be highly appreciated.

Please write "Haiti Earthquake Relief" on the memo line of the check. Contributions will be designated to provide assistance wherever it can have the most immediate impact, and where the need is greatest. Checks can be made out to NAACUS and mailed to our address:

So then, let us be always seeking the ways which lead to peace and the ways in which we can support one another.

Poursuivons donc ce qui favorise la paix et l'edification mutuelle.

Procuremos, por tanto, lo que fomente la paz y la mutua edificacion.

Patroness Prayer

Mary, Our Mother of Africa,
hear the drumbeat of our prayers.
May Your Son Jesus
continue to bring us joy,
receive our tensions,
and forgive us our sins.
Help us to walk in His light.
Help us to help others to do the same.
And bring us to life everlasting,
With the Holy Saints and Angels.
Amen.
